(More customer reviews)This camera is very good for professionals as well as amateurs. I liked everything about the camera except for 3 things.

1. There is no zooming for super macro mode. Agreed that canon is allowing us to shoot from 0 cms.. but it doesn't make any sense. Lighting up the subject is difficult when you are sticking close to it and again you have the risk of getting the lens scratched. This feature was better in my basic model A410 which allowed zooming in supermacro mode

2. The camera doesn't allow any ISO setting to be done manually in SCN mode which is very essential when you are using those functions that really makes the photo beautiful. In the best picture settings u get the worst results due to lack of ISO setting. It is available in manual modes but then you dont get the results of SCN modes there.

3. The cap on the lens doesn't fit well. It falls off very easily even if the camera is in the bag which might end up getting scratches on the lens.

The camera otherwise is very beautiful with excellent results and control. I wont go over to other praises already mentioned in the other reviews like a good grip and feel,looks,reliability ... after all its a canon.
