(More customer reviews)I just purchased this item to test my NIMH rechargable batteries and my non-rechargable Alkaline batteries. It seems to work well with the NIMH rechargable.However, with non-rechargable batteries, the readings were inconsistent (note: you have to flick a small switch on the device to test non-rechargable batteries).I tested several brand new & used non-rechargable Duracell Alkaline AA & AAA batteries and either 1) couldn't get any consistent results or 2) failed to get any results.Not recommended...
