(More customer reviews)Impresseive little machine in many ways.... my only complaint it the playback on it on the speakers or the ear jack in not loud enough.I called Olympus and they said this does not have large speakers. In less then quite room... let's say a classroom where there is some talking for instance, it would be hard to hear the playback clearly! This may have been a design problem form the get go!

I have an Olympus from the VN series... 3600... it plays back twice as loud.
